I have been using Cheshire House Book Keeping services for 9 years. Jackie the proprietor commenced working on the existing accounts system. Once she became familiar with our business she did a fantastic job of organizing our accounts and also introduced systems and methods so we could track our purchases and returns and organized the paperwork in an easy and efficient way.
We expanded our business to the Internet. Jackie installed Management accounts so we could analyze the splits between our showroom and Internet sales to ensure we where maximizing profits in both areas.
As Jackie's business expanded, Susan was introduced to us. Any accounts and procedure training that Susan required were carried out by Jackie, at no cost or hindrance to our business. The changeover of responsibilities did not affect the efficiency of the accounts at any time.
Jackie has overall responsibility for our accounts and payroll and she makes regular checks throughout the year.
The year end accounts are given to our accountant each year and no errors have ever been reported.
Cheshire House is extremely professional and personal to our business. With their help we have been able to concentrate on the running of the business and maximize our financial returns whilst they take over the processing of the paper work. Our accounts are always balanced at the end of each month. All deadlines are met and suppliers are paid on time.
